Confirmation Policy:
Our automated system will send an email and/or text message prompting you to confirm or cancel.

Appointments less than two hours must be confirmed or canceled 48 hours prior to scheduled treatment time.

Appointments two hours+ must be confirmed or canceled 72 hours prior to scheduled treatment time. 

Unconfirmed appointments will be considered missed.  

Late Policy:
Arriving late will shorten your treatment time. Appointments late by 10 minutes or more without notice will be considered missed. Please notify the office. 

Cancellation Policy:
Appointments less than two hours canceled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee; less than 24 hours 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Appointments two hours+ canceled/rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee; less than 48 hours 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Account balance must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments. 

Guest Policy:
Guests are welcome and must remain in the lobby.
